Following undergraduate studies in life sciences, and postgraduate research in developmental neuroscience, Andrew moved into education. During his teaching career, Andrew taught in a range of schools: Grammar; state secondary; independent through; single-sex; co-educational.  In 2011, Andrew graduated with a Masters in Educational Leadership.  As a Departmental Head, Sixth Form Director, and subsequently, Headteacher, Andrew was passionate about ensuring students from all backgrounds can make informed career choices. As Director of Skills & Education Policy and Examinations at The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry, Andrew remains passionate about people having access to, and benefitting from, fulfilling careers in STEM.
